Your portal account and share links
Most clients never need an account. Leeway sends each document as a share link on billing.leeway-im.com.
Share links
Section titled “Share links”- Every quotation, work order and invoice has its own link. It looks like
https://billing.leeway-im.com/my/orders/…?access_token=…. - The part after
access_token=is a long random key. Anyone who holds the full link can open that one document without signing in. - The link opens the same page as the PDF, with Download PDF at the top. Depending on the document you also see Accept and Sign, Sign or Pay Now.
- Under the document you can Send a comment to Leeway, or Decline a quotation.
Treat a share link like an emailed attachment. Forward it only to people in your organisation who need it. If a link has gone further than it should, ask Leeway to replace it. The old link then stops working.
Portal account
Section titled “Portal account”A portal account lists all your documents in one place after you sign in on billing.leeway-im.com. Accounts are opened on invitation: ask Leeway, and you receive an email to set your password.
The support portal at support.leeway-im.com is separate for now. It has no password: you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Support is moving into the Leeway ERP; see Support requests and response times.
Your company’s details
Section titled “Your company’s details”Leeway keeps your company name, address, VAT number and contacts in the ERP. They print on every document. To change them, write to info@leeway-im.com.
